It was ok, gave me the kick start I needed although I was a lot more hungry on this one compared to the aloe Vera. Also I found it was a lot of tables to take. I lost 5lb which I was disappointed but I think I lost quite a few inches which I should have measured myself before I started it. Not sure if I would do this one again.

I wanted to lose some weight and get myself back on track generally. I’d got into habit of snacking too much and drinking too much wine!I’m currently on day 6 of the detox and I’ve lost 5lb so far, and have definitely got slimmer!I’ve had a headache since day 2, which I’m putting down to caffeine withdrawal but asides from that I’ve felt absolutely fine and not really hungry.I’ve Excercised every other day either a run or gym session... I did feel sick after running 7k on day 3.. think I might have over done it a bit. Otherwise energy levels have been fine.

I suffer from ibs, and wasn’t sure if it would work. I do a lot of walking for work and that it is only time for exercise, and stuck to all the tablets every day and had porridge for breakfast, shake for lunch and small meal in evening. Day 6 i have lost 3lb and 3” around waist. I didn’t want my usual snacks in evening which is my hardest struggle. I would use this again.

Tried doing this detox after the festive period to clean my liver and really struggled. Couldn’t do the full nine days as I felt it made me ill.Only managed to do six days and that was far too long. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you you have an approval from your GP.

Tastes ok - packets of vitamins fiddly to use.

Don't know as I am keeping it for the new year.

Waste of money ... stuck to it exactly and lost 1lb ... have used other detox programmes and had good good results .. don’t waste your money

Lost 12lb and didn't feel hungry at all , amazing detox will definitely do again !!
