My husband worked in the union as a carpenter his entire life heavy lifting balancing on beans hard on his legs and his feet he has suffered severe cramps for years. These sleeves have actually helped him if he does have a cramp it isn't as severe it goes away quickly. He has gotten more sleep in the last 3 days than he has in the last 13 years.

I have suffered for years from painful leg and foot cramps at night, mainly triggered by certain medications and by flying. About six months ago, I started using a magnesium cocoa butter cream that I found on Amazon, which seemed to prevent about 80-90% of my leg cramps. However, I wanted still more relief, which is why I tried these sleeper sleeves. The first night I tried them, I didn’t use the magnesium cream; and although I didn’t experience any cramping, I could still feel my leg muscles twitching and jumping around. The next night, I used both the magnesium cream and the sleeper sleeves, and had no movement or cramping at all, an effect that has continued to this day!In addition, a couple of weeks ago I took a flight across the country, which has typically triggered the most excruciatingly painful night leg cramps for me; so I wore the sleeper sleeves both on the flight itself and that night, and had no cramping at all! On the flight back, I didn’t wear them on the flight but only that night. Still no cramping!!It is such a relief to know that I can now take the medications I need, and even fly on a plane, without experiencing severe pain. Yippee!!

I was excited to get these! My legs tighten and cramp so bad at night. I take magnesium glycinate, vitamin D3+K2, melatonin 10mg plus my doctor prescribed Tizanidine HCL 2 mg a muscle relaxer for spasms, and when the residual pain from a really bad toe curl freeze I take a Bayer aspirin to thin my blood and hopefully get my blood circulating to my feet. So I was so excited about these leg sleeves that stop muscle spasms. Well first night awesome no cramps no spasms, 2nd night they started creeping up but not full blown but last night I was back to full blown cramps, spasms and toe curl freeze cramps!! I’m laying here in bed after my 3:00am spasms wide awake as usual writing this review. Please please (& I should know better) do not believe everything you read especially on products that say they can do something that even the doctors can’t do anything about!!! Do not waste your time or money on these R&D scientific leg sleeves, it’s all glamorous marketing words to sell a product to get rich off the backs of people like me to get rich off something they know doesn’t work like they claim!

The sleeve was easy to put on and the fit was comfortable. It stop my legs and feet from cramping up. When I was laying in bed my leg started cramping so, I put the leg sleeve on my leg about 2 minutes it stop my leg from. What a quick relief. I was shock about how fast it stop my leg from cramping. Great job! In my opinion I would recommend it.

I have had severe night leg cramps for years, had a really bad episode and so searched for something to help, I’ve tried supplements and they seemed to help a little. I ordered this product and have been wearing them every night for a week so far and no leg cramps! I don’t know how this works but it does. Certain stretching movements will trigger my leg cramp and with this on I can stretch all I want and I don’t get the leg cramp. The cramping has always been in my left calf and after the initial attack my calf will be sore for days. I have no pain now. I am amazed and of course so happy I found these!!’ I will wear these when I travel too.

My husband has leg cramps every night. After reading the reviews I decided to order a pair for him. He is so happy with this product. They actually work and he can get a good nights sleep for the first time in many years. He has tried other products including medication, but this is the only thing that has helped him. Thanks so much! An added remark. After only a couple months the seams have pulled apart. Three weeks ago I wrote to the seller to ask how to repair them. To date I have not received a reply. He puts them on as directed and calf is only 11 inches. So I won't order again.

After herniating two discs in my back in 2019, I have suffered from leg cramps, especially Charlie horses in my left calf, that would jolt me awake between 3 and 20 times per night every night. Indeed, some nights a cramp could last up to 6 hours with brief moments of relief before resuming. I’ve tried everything including muscle relaxers, pain medication, and back injections to get relief. It wasn’t until I tried this product that I was able to sleep through the night without a leg cramp. THREE YEARS OF MISERY GONE with this nifty product. I do still have cramps some nights, but I get several hours of sleep in a row now, which is life changing. I recently wore these on flights to and from Europe (from America) and had no leg cramps on the plane. I cannot guarantee this works for everyone, but it works for me.

When you look at the webpage it says 2 pack, but I only got one pair when they arrived. Are they saying its a 2 pack because there are 2 "socks" in the package? If so, that is very deceiving. Why else would there not be 2? You don't order just one sock! I ordered these a couple years ago and they work great; however, they start to fray after a while, which is understandable since I wear them every night. My issue is the price, however. When I bought them 3 years ago, they were $18, now they are up to $29. I don't see anything like these on Amazon, and other compression socks are too tight, so I am left with no choice. I think the price hike is way too much. I thought I was getting a deal because there was supposed to be 2 pairs, but I only got one.
