I just received these items today, I tried them on my Otoscope that I also ordered and received last week. These tips will not hold in place, they fall off by just looking at them practically. If i do happen to make one stay on, any slight touch pops them off. The nub for them to lock on seem to be too small.I will try another model or brand

As expected. Wish these (unopened, still in package) were able to be returned as I found mine when these were in the mail.

Too large for most ear holes. Didn't realize how big they were compared to ears when I ordered these.
