Like very much. It is great for my tractor

It worked fantastic when I got it a couple of weeks ago, now the grease will not come out of the hose, it comes out of the over pressure valve. If I remove the hose it pumps but still leaks grease around the over pressure valve. Removing the grease zerk coupling did not change the issue. Using a wire it seems the hose is plugged with manufacturing debris where the coupling it crimped to the hose at the zerk adapter. I need a good grease gun and am disappointed in this failure.

I bought the 2-battery version but received the 1 battery version. Amazon customer service is terrible so I ended up keeping it.The actual product is 4 stars.the lack of customer service is -5 stars

Delivered 2 battery set as purchased and this thing has been great so far saving me time greasing my tractors and implements. It does what id hoped for.

This grease gun works Great! I work for a company that cleans up debris from storms and natural disasters. Our hauling trucks run 7 days a week, all day long. This gun makes it so easy to grease the driveshaft the truck and the knuckle boom loader. It's not as fast as a Snap On or Dewalt, but you don't waste as much grease, I find. I've used this for a couple months now and the only complaint I have is, I wish it had a trigger lock. Batteries seem to last a long time and charge up quickly. I got the kit with 2 batteries, cuz we run nonstop and I can charge one while using the other one. You won't be disappointed with this grease gun, I know I'm not.

Definitely need 2 batteries. But overall works good. Does the job.

Best value! A great product and very durable, we run 3 of these everyday and they all still run just like the day we bought them. Almost half the price of the big name brands.

Its a good product for the money and i ordered 2 batteries and only received 1

I dislike having to disconnect the battery when I put it back into the case. I use it everyday to grease heavy equipment. It has been working great until the last week in October when the grease gun just stopped working and hasn't worked since even after charging the batteries. I have tried contacting the company through their website email but haven't received any response from them. Not impressed with their customer service.

So far so good. Only thing is I wish I would have opted for one with 2 batteries. When I am servicing the equipment it sucks to wait for the battery to charge.

Says in description that there’s two batteries but only received one. This is the second time now ordering this product and both times we have only received one battery.

One battery is dead ?

We paid for 2 batteries, and only received one. I sent a message regarding this issue, with no response. Not really impressed. Now the plunger spring is not working and the tubes are leaking through. Would appreciate a refund.
