CAT + Rigid Tourniquet Case Value Combo

When it comes to tourniquets, do not cheap out. I've literally seen the knockoffs begin to fail in training on a first use. Don't get me wrong, the cheap ones are the way to go for your practice tourniquet, but your field units should be something like this. CAT is generally considered the standard for tourniquets. You can instantly see the quality when you open it up.The case is nice and durable. I keep it on my belt on training and range days. It's great to have it handy . . . just in case. Of course, I hope I don't have to use it. I keep a spare in my IFAK kit for my travels, again, just in case.

CAT is well known no need for me to review it, its amazing and i hope to never have to use it.

Feels solid

It looks great! Fits my duty belt perfectly, I practice deploying it on myself and feel like I am ready if something happens. I hope I never have to use it.

Genuine CAT 7 tourniquet with an outstanding hard case. Belt attachment is very solid and I have no concerns about wearing it and it remaining securely attached. The only reason that I am giving it four instead of five stars is because it claims to be Molle compatible, but the Molle attachment is sold separately (not included with the product). Other than that, outstanding.

I have included pictures with my review that will be helpful to anyone struggling to figure out how to make this item work with their MOLLE gear.To make this item compatible, you must open the buckle and adjust the interior two bars as shown in the pictures.The next step is to weave the plastic between the MOLLE.Finally, snap it shut and lock it up.That is all there is to it!This C-A-T tourniquet and holster are critical pieces of kit.An emerging threat discovered from active shooter and mass casualty events has been the lack of tourniquets.It is a stark reality to consider that there have been multiple tragedies with sometimes dozens of victims.How many tourniquets does the average ambulance, first responder, or stop the bleed kit have?The answer is sometimes not enough.This kit is $60, but if you need it, you will really need it! Initial fit was a little tight (that’s what she said) but after getting the TQ in the first time it slides in fairly easy now while still staying secure during daily tasks. Great products.

Quality well built product. Fits snug on my duty belt and doesn't move. I can tell this product will withstand abuse in the field and be there if I need it and function well.
