The NOT hot hot sauce that my stomach can tolerate!!!
This "Cajun Pepper Sauce" not the Cajun hot sauce. FINALLY! A "hot" sauce that is mild enough for me to eat again! It is NOT HOT but has a very mild kick. Due to stomach issues I had to drop almost all spicy things in my life :( I generally had to water down basic hot sauces with butter, water, 1/2 and 1/2, cream or whatever so my stomach wouldn't make me pay dearly for it if you know what I mean. I can once again eat a hot sauce. It's very vinegar forward but in a pleasant way and it has the taste of a traditional hot sauce taste , like Franks but much more mild. I was overjoyed to find it here after wiping out all I could find locally! So if you're like me and can't handle the "regular" hot of hot sauces try this! If you like hot, hot then try something different.

Flavorfull. Not just hot like Tabasco, I mix the two to get yummy hot!
A friend gave me a bottle to try. Now that's a friend!I use Paul Prudhomme's cajon spices a lot and find them tasty and pleasantly spicy.In my morning Bloody Mary though, I want a mix of great flavors and a little kick of heat to get me going.Along with Clamato, Worchester sauce, horseradish, and chipotle pepper, I add Tabasco and Slap Ya Mama in a balanced way to get the flavor and heat that's right for me.In chile, it's the same. Get your own heat/flavor balance with Tabasco and Slap Ya Mama.In my opinion, this sauce is definitely worth trying and experimenting with. If you like pepper sauces with flavor like Sriracha, you will find this sauce interesting, different and really yummy.

Expected to be great.
I have not used this yet, however with it being made in Louisiana it can be expected to be great. I've purchased a lot of hot sauce from LA, namely from New Orleans, that has always met my expectations. Thanks.
