Have tried several different brands before getting this one every month. The pills don’t give me indigestion as other brands do. Completely covers my pre and post needs probiotics. Strongly recommended this brand for anyone who wants pee and probiotics.

This supplement works well and is gentle. After going through two other supplements of this type from this site I find this to really works well on digestive issues and does not cause me any problems. This item is more expensive than most but is high quality and still not as expensive as some sold in stores. Highly recommended.

Great high-quality product. You just need to go easy with it at first until your body gets used to it but it’s a great product.

I've had worsening IBS for years. It came to a head recently and I finally gave in and saw a gastroenterologist, having gone low FODMAP for months and tried all the supplements for much longer, including traditional probiotics (i.e. lactobacillus strains, a bajillion CFUs). Doc gave me the all-clear on Celiac and the major inflammatory diseases, so I resigned myself to eating chicken and rice and trying a round of antibiotics. Meanwhile, I had been taking this product for about a week. Just before seeing the gastro, I had come across some thoughts around probiotics exacerbating IBS, adding fuel to the SIBO fire (if you buy the SIBO hypothesis). Soil-based strains were recommended, so stopped taking my Franken-probiotic immediately and picked this stuff up. I've been on it for about a month, two per day from the start, and to be frank, I'm pooping like a 20-year-old again. Haven't touched the antibiotics or anti-spasmodic that were prescribed. I ate beans this week. BEANS. I'm not saying I'm gas-free now, but the same thing happens like clockwork every morning, the cramps are gone, bloating squelched, gurgling silenced.

Highly recommend, noticed changes immediately. This is my third bottle. On the plus side it does not have to be refrigerated. Have tried countless probiotics with absolutely no changes. After learning about soil-based probiotics, I decided to try this brand because of the positive reviews. Will make this a staple in my wellness routine. Just have to budget for it, but we get what we pay for. The quality and effects are there.

I have used probiotics off and on for years for general health and because gut health seems to be all over the place these days. However I only recently put some time into research and this product has impressed with its research backing, multiple strains of bacteria, prebiotic support, unique formula . I have learned w/trial and error that there are cheaper products out there that claim the same but natural is best and its tough finding products that don't include tons of fillers and that are "paleo" ,ingredients that exist in nature and what ancestors were able to digest . I was prepared to take the whole bottle over weeks before I wrote a review but I felt positive effects within 3 days including improved skin glow, regularity, energy, reduced bloat look and feel . I am also looking for long term benefits to improve my borderline high Bad cholesterol levels, keep those super frustrating female infections at bay and am confident this product will be my keeper!!
