Sat Nav 2019 Latest 5 inch 8GB 256MB Sat Navs for Cars Truck GPS Satellite Navigation System with Non-Slip Car Bracket Holder

I bought it for hgv , so after setting height weight and width etc ,and choosing lorry as vehicle , I chose a route I knew had restrictions and it took me straight through a 6'6" . I sent it back because it was not fit for purpose . As a sat nav for car's it's probably fine . I need to add to this review and tell you that the after sales service has been great in trying to resolve my issue I will be receiving another device soon and try the suggestions I have been given then update again .

Arrived on time and in perfect condition,great little gadget clear visual and audio instructions, decent size, easy to understand.I bought this to replace my ten year old garmin and I really love it,for the cost, great value.

Like. On being asked to direct one to local features of interest it pointed to Low Cleughs Bastle House.Good big screen,. lots of informationDislike. Hectoring female voice tells me I am over the speed limit when I am merely approaching it.Occasional aberration sending one to strange places but they all seem to do this.

I have just purchased this sat nav unfortunately & quickly returned it . It looked very impressive as far as presentation went , my mistake was that I took it out of the box ! I concur with Paul's recent appraisal , it was totally useless . For a start even though it was plugged into a power source it kept switching itself off . Voice instructions never materialised. I typed in a destination 40 miles away , yet the sat nav knew better by suggesting the journey was actually 245 miles away & would take over 6 hours to get there . It would appear by the reviews it's pot luck , but I wasted too much time thinking it was teething problems . Annoying that I have to give it one more star than it actually deserves . My review is purely to save others from the frustration & hassle .

The navigation system is accurate and easy to use. Furthernore, the screen is large and easy to see. The navigation system shows me how much fuel the car used up as well as how quickly i can reach my destination. All in all the sat nav is really good.

Good price, got for my dad (thinking in the future for getting one for myself)! It does The job and my dad was very happy with it

As a sat nav it is useless ( or my unit was ) only had 48 hours . Set from York to Leeds and the Sat nav kept turning itself off even on full battery and charger fitted . The routes suggested was stupid . The A64 is direct from York to Leeds . It just kept wanting me to turn off the main road . I parked and checked the destination was Leeds and it was . Leaving Leeds the filter for York was 25 yards ahead and the Nav wanted me to go towards Harrogate ! . This is one of my local routes but thought I would test it out . Not fit for purpose.

This device's GUI is very clumsy in its operation.The software has crashed on more than one occasion (see picture), unsurprisingly it appears to run that ghastly Windows operating system.Battery does not appear to last long.Only good point is a nice large screen but appears no way of setting a 'night' mode.Not recommended.
