Don't Even Bother...
Just spend the money for an expensive Fit Bit. It was missing the charging cable that apparently just touches a piece of the bracelet strap when we received it. There was just an empty spot in the plastic cartridge. I bought it as a gift for my son for Easter. What a waste of time. I followed the directions in the "instructions" to still try and charge it using the "USB" port. I'm going to use USB port with air quotes cause, come on? Once you remove one side of the bracelet a "USB" port is exposed that you plug into a flash port of a laptop. What a joke. It's just a piece of plastic. It doesn't do anything. But I "charged" it for over 6 hours and it still wouldn't come on. So here I am, packaging it back up, attaching all sorts of labels and tracking down a UPS to return it and repurchase another one and my son was extremely disapointed. Don't waste your time.

Look for a better product...
We bought three of these, one for each of our children. The bracelet barely stays in the usb port for charging as the end is too small. They skimped on the plastic seems like. When we do rig it with something to hold them in place to get them fully charges, these thongs do not even last an entire day without needing charged. My daughter wears hers all day and some days it still says "0" steps taken. Do not waste your money on this product. Why are there so many great reviews?!!

False advertising
I bought 4 of these for my kiddos for Christmas and they did not work at all. There is no way to charge. It plugs into a USB but nothing happens. Complete waste.

Won’t respond or charge after 1 day. Wow...
Sadly this item did not deliver. I got it for my husband for Christmas, it worked for about 1 day of regular wear to work. After that it wouldn’t respond or charge. I tried to find a way to reach out to the company but couldn’t. Super bummed.
