Required for oven use in my option.
I buy these frequently so I'd say I'm an expert on there wear and use. The material is great for use in Merry chef or Turbo chef style ovens and it conducts heat and cools off quickly. It's super easy to clean with just a sprayer and with care it can hold up for months before you'll need a replacement.
