Overall these are a good purchase. They are smaller, as other reviews have noted. But that is preferable for our kiddo’s fine motor skills. (However, if your child puts stuff in their mouth, these would not be a good choice, as some of the pieces are small enough to likely break when bitten.) I love the smooth natural finish, and the corners/edges are all nicely sanded for safety. The wooden storage box is a great bonus (and is a great size for my 3 year old to carry by herself).The only downside so far is that there are fewer unusual shapes than I expected. Most of the blocks are either square or rectangular—not as many arches, etc., as I’d hoped. This might be an argument for buying a larger set (and I should have paid closer attention to the content description).Overall this is a big hit and I’d buy it again.

My daughter, son, hairless cat, and even the dog love to play with these block sets! We have combined several of the sets and have hours of fun making cities, destroying said cities and rebuilding them once again! I love how smooth the wooden pieces are and that they actually smell like wood; not chemicals! I love that their natural and not dyed or painted. I also love how they are not traditional square wooden blocks, there are several shapes and sizes which make for endless possibilities. I highly recommend these for your home, if you are a teacher, or daycare provider in early childhood education; they are definitely worth the investment!

My nephew loved these blocks. I bought them as a birthday gift. They inspire imagination instead of sitting in front of the TV. The blocks are nice and light so they don't hurt when thrown. (An important detail when dealing with toddlers). The blocks were smooth and expertly crafted.

These blocks were delivered quickly and appear to be exacrly what my kids are hoping for. They are Christmas presents so they havent played them yet, but they look like they will have lots of fun with them.

My boys, 7 and 9, love these blocks! They create different buildings and settings for their superhero figures. They stay entertained for over an hour with them! Highly recommend!

I love these, they are a nice size for my 2 1/2 year old and we play with them all the time.

The blocks are fine and priced appropriately but a bit smelly.

I like everything about this product.
