Faulty item
Bought two of these scooters one pink and black for Christmas presents . One of the scooters is working perfectly however the pink one never worked or charged . I have a very disappointed little girl watching her brother use his . I have asked for a replaced and I have been asked to do several checks nothing will get this scooter to charge . The company are refusing to replace the item after several emails sent and troubleshooting done . I had to eventually file a claim for a refund .Not one bit happy with the customer support received .

Arrived damaged
Bought for my daughters birthday, opened a few days later when I was ready to build and wrap and this is what we were left with ! Que a very upset child 😡

Very very heavy and belt has broke on both scooters
Don't buy. This scooter is very heavy. I bought 2 and the belt has snapped on both. Emailled the company but they Emailled back a generic response and closed the return!! Very poor service. I now have 2 faulty scooters. Thankfully the belts are only a few quid on amazon. Extremely poor after sales. DO NOT BUY

bought it for my grandson he's over the moon plays on it every day great value for money only one down side to it on the design could have done with a battery monitor which tells you how much charge you have also would tell you when fully charged
