I received the product today! There are not 20 powerful levels, it’s more like 6 levels. I was not pleased at all. I kinda suspected it would not be powerful when I saw that it used only 2 triple-A batteries. I’m very upset that I spent $23 on this item. I’m not even going to bother to keep it, I’m going to trash it.
