A little background of myself before I review the Flex Pro - I work for a large facility providing ergonomics and wellness to our staff and also do personal training on the side. I have been using the Flex Pro both in the professional environment, as well as for my clients while working out. So I always emphasize and advocate for proper or "good" posture.Regarding the Flex Pro, my coworkers love it. It's very comfortable, easy to use, and actually works. I've tested many of the other products for posture on amazon, and even professional ergonomic companies, but the flex pro outshines them in usability, functionality, and pricing. I've tested the flex pro on workers ranging from the office environment to our facilities/maintenance crew.In regards to my clients for personal training, I have been utilizing the flex pro while performing exercises. One of the first things I do when I take on new clients, is assess their posture. Majority of people walk around with terrible posture (slouched/hunched forward and rounded shoulders). There are very few (if any) exercises that you should perform without proper posture, so I use this item to aid my clients. I have clients of different sizes and age, and the flex pro has worked for them all.So overall I really like this product (I think my clients and coworkers would agree) and I highly recommend it. I do want to emphasize though, that it should not be used as a permanent fix, but something to assist you in learning how to engage your body properly. You only get one body so make sure you take care of it!!

Very practical and easy to carry in your luggage when traveling

It isn't exactly as they portray. Fit leaving a lot to be desired, really doesn't do the job or adjust at all. Try something else, don't waste your time and money.

The brace I received is too small and does not have any size label so I do not know whether I was sent a "large" size as requested or whether it just does not fit my 44" chest. I am returning it.

Works well, but has design flaws. The waist belt will begin to fold and bunch after repeated use and the straps under the arms need to be improved. They twist and rub causing irritation almost within minutes of putting on. Any movement shifts the underarm straps and causes this. Otherwise it does it’s intended job.

I originally bought the longer stick with the red handles after I developed a hard knot on my calf while training for a 1/2 marathon. Went to physical therapy for 2 weeks and not much better. Didn't think I would be able to run the day of the event but, wanted to pick up my race shirt and goodie bag and possibly walk the 13 miles. I found and purchased this deep tissue massager at the "before race day" Expo. Massaged the knot that afternoon and later that evening in the spa tub. Wa-la!! Not only was I able to run the entire 13 miles, I had my record time.The stick has become a favorite in my household. My daughters use it on their legs after soccer practice and games and my son uses it after a workout at the gym. It really helps get deep into the muscle to relieve tightness and soreness.This is our second Stick purchase. I bought this smaller one because is small enough to pack in a soccer/gym bag.

I usually use the Tiger Tail which is one solid piece. This is a lot smaller and I wanted it for my office when I need to roll out my legs and calves during the day. It is ok.. I am used to the solid design of the Tiger tail and this one is very flexible. I have to apply a lot of press to work on the sore spots. It does the job but at times it is too bendable to be efficient.
