Love this pan!
I have always bought cuisinart pans and have been pretty happy with them. That is until my last purchase. The teflon coating chipped in only 8 months so I was ready for new possibilities. I loved the look of this pan, but did hesitate after reading some of the negative reviews. In the end, I bought it anyway and am so glad I did. I absolutely love this pan! The features that make it so user friendly for me are 1. there aren't any rivets in the inside making clean up a breeze. 2. the handles really do stay cool! and 3. it is such a nice weight. I have to admit that when I first got it and felt how much lighter it was compared to other brands, I was skeptical. Now that I see how the pan performs, I'm not worried about it. It works for me and I love it. It cooks evenly and my pancakes are the same color all around, which is a good test on that for me. The lightweight is a huge plus for me being a senior making it much easier to work with. Will it warp as others have said ?? Don't know, but right now it is working great and I totally recommend it. I got the red and it compliments my already red accented kitchen too. Love it!UPDATE: I have been using this pan almost daily and it is still perfect. I have used it on the stove and then from fridge to stove without issue. Honestly, I can't figure out how people get it to warp??? It seems like that would take different temperatures at a pace the metal can not accommodate to warp?? Anyway, it is still my favorite pan and I love it!

Smaller cooking area than I expected
I didn't realize the bottom of the pan, the actual cooking surface, is quite a bit smaller than the size of the top rim. The tapered sides makes the bottom quite a bit smaller. We have a big family, so I like to sear lots of meat in one batch. This can fit about 4 large chicken breasts. Otherwise, I like the pan! Nice weight to it, I like the smaller handles which work nicely to serve right on the table.

for me i would like to have had handles how can you dump what ever needs to be poured out
this is a very nice pan but i did not think about how to drain it it does not have a long handle you need both hands to drain or you will lose the food in the pan if any one knows how to drain this pan i am all ears

Ok pan
I bought this for our condo and it not a bad pan for breakfast and stir fry etc. I like the design, the red is kind of a burgundy color, it doesn’t match any of my other cookware, but it was the only color available. It certainly isn’t high end cookware, but if you take care of it and don’t overheat it, it should last a while

I love it!
It heats evenly and is easy to clean. For the thickness of the edges, it doesn't drip much when you need to pour with it. Of course nothing beats the thin stainless steel really thin lip, but it's not bad at all. AND, it's pretty. The dual handles make it really easy to flip the food. If they would make this same design in stainless with the thin drip edge I would pay a hundred bucks for it. You should buy it.

2nd Paula deen pan of this type
This is the second pan I’ve had like this. I give it 4 stars because I don’t care for the handle change from the old style to this one. They stick out a bit farther and it’s just enough to not fit in the sink as well for clean up. However with that said I would buy it again. I love this pans shape it’s my go to pan for just about everything.

Love Paula Dean cookware
Love the Paula Dean pots and pans! They work great on my glass cooktop and I don’t have to worry about scratching them as they are smooth on the bottom! Great product and lightweight!

Lightweight, easy to clean. Don't need a lot of oil to cook without sticking. Looking for another one.
