not too loose, or too tight. more than enough room to pull my hair through the hole at the top. If you choose not to use the hole, and instead wear just as a loose fitting beanie, that looks great as well. I will be ordering more colors! 100% recommend this product.

I love this hat, while it's not too thick it really works well. It fits really well and not too tight but stays on even with your ponytail hanging out. The hole on the top does open enough to style differently and possibly go around your neck but that might be too tight. I found that with the hole being so big it helps to get your bun though better then you can just fix it to look like the picture. For me, this made it possible to make it look more like a style not that I just shoved my hair through.I want more colors!

I bought this to sleep with because my husband likes to turn our house into a deep freezer at night and my sinuses are revolting against me. I have a big skull so the hole on top is what allows this to fit me nicely. It's got a decent material though I can't see it being very good for winter wear. I pull it down over my eyes right up to my nose and sleep with a warm head!

The material is nice and soft, in between thin and thick, leaning more on the thicker, warmer side vs. cool/lightweight. Has a Snug fit. Tried wearing it over loose hair, messy bun and all the hair tucked in under, kept having pull it down, doesn’t stay in place. It’s design/cut is too tapered on top. Maybe works better with a smaller head or with super long or thick hair. Again, you cant pull it down to your neck.

Nice concept. Looks great with my long hair up-dos, but very thin material. I do not think it will be very effective on very cold days.

Really like this hat. Takes a little bit to get used to, but worth the price for keeping your head and ears warm while being in control of your pony tail/bun. I would give 5 stars were it a touch looser to keep from sliding up a little above my ears during the day, but I do have a slightly larger head than some so it may just be me. Either way it's a good buy.

Love this hat! I am a habitual ponytail wearer. So you can imagine my joy when I stubbed upon this gem. Well, to be honest I found like 4 before this and though they all looked to scratchy (I even ordered one that was too scratchy) but this one looked perfectly soft and it is! It fits well for my head (and I have a big head). It isn't quite as slouchy as the girl in their pic makes it look but I still like it! It's warm as well! I am absolutely in love with this hat and the concept behind it. There has not been one day so far that I have worn it and not gotten a compliment on it! I want all the colors! This hat makes rolling out of bed and running to take carpool so much easier! Just through the hat over my already existing messy bun and you look adorable!
