Erin McKenna's Bakery Fudge Brownie MixThis is the BabyCakes blend of rice flour, potato starch, arrowroot, vegan sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, gluten-free vegan chocolate chips, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum. As above, all you need from your own pantry is oil, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla (beginning to see how this works, I hope?). This mix yields 24 bite-size brownies, but really only if you're really going for it, bite-wise--with the pans we use, it usually takes us a couple bites.

Love Babycakes! Our daughter severe multiple food allergies and we discovered Babycakes in Orlando. We bought so much and she was in love! The boxed brownies were just as good. Thank you and yum!

made them as brownies in a 8 x 11 glass baking dish. unbelivablely good. highly recommend as they are above any othermix I have tried.
