Great , green and useful.
I bought these because I was feeling guilty about using plastic ones and wanted something a bit more "green". These are not only that, but they are much stronger than plastic ones, they don't break, twist or refuse to cut or hold food. I use these often when washing up is inconvenient and they are a big improvement on plastic. I am a repeat customer-and will be again.
