Great but was faulty
Although the product works really well, I had to send it back. From the first use the input where the cable goes into the machine did not work properly. I had to twist the cable to the exact right position otherwise there would be no electricity and the machine would not work.As this happened from the start I had to send it back, although I’m really happy with how it works. I’m going to buy a different brand.This is so much easier than using foils!

Don’t buy
Product stopped working after 1 use for 10 minutes to trial the product. Messages for a refund and to return the product and have been ignored

Good for gel, but takes a lot longer for dip powder.
I bought this to remove dip powder. It does work but takes a few goes as dip is thinker/harder than gel. I’d say definitely get this for gel removal but be ready to sit for 20 mins or more per hand for dip powder.

Poor quality
Im pretty sure this is faulty. It makes a strange noise and the leds dont seem to work properly. Overall the quality just seems poor too. It hasnt removed my gel.

Great product
Brilliant product, it makes gel removal so much easier and it’s kinder to your nails

Not a good buy
This product took a while to arrive and when it did the wrong plug not UK came with it but I did have a compatible plug but even then it would not work ! Total waste of money as to return it cost as much as buying it ! My advice is don’t buy this !

Think faulty
Only one star as the light was meant to change when reach right temperature - and the acetone got too hot for me to leave fingers in - going to try snd return as not sure if mine is just faulty
