I am riddled with allergies, intollerances & food restrictions for pain-management (Celiac’s disease, allergic to soy & dairy, no nightshades due to arthritis and am plant-based). With all that, finding a great protein bar to help supplement my lifestyle to either add to meals or take with when I run errands or go anywhere is challenging. It’s not always feasible to carry a cooler with food.I found Shanti bars - and took a chance ... SO WORTH IT!! They are delicious, nutritious & do not bother my allergies, GI or arthritis! I am a very active Mom who chases down a very active 6-yo Son & these are perfect little gems to enjoy & know I’m getting the good stuff to keep me going without a sugar crash or other issues. Plus, my Son likes them so we can share (most Mom’s know, our food is never really ours when there’s a growing child who wants to try what you’re enjoying!)I’m really glad I found these! And if I have a sweet tooth, I can have part of a bar (or one of the mini’s) to satisfy a craving & still get some great nutrition!

I would say they taste a little like chewing straw.

My son loved the first time we ordered. 2nd time he said they were so hard he couldn’t eat them. Tried several. All the same. Had to throw multiple boxes away. No option to replace/return since we didn’t open them for a couple of weeks. Too risky to order again. Very disappointed.

This is my on-the-go protein bar. It’s not loaded with sugar, so if you’re looking for a sweet protein bar, this one is not that. However, the bars are good. They are healthy. You will enjoy some flavors better than others. My favorite is the Mexican Chocolate Mulberry bar. I also like the maca bar. The seller is offering them at the best price I’ve seen on the Internet.

These are really good! No dryness and very tasty

Texture and taste is very palatable. They fill you up with healthy ingredients. Love them.
