The product is as advertised.Fair price.Shipped quickly.My only disappointment (not exactly a complaint) is that I am a RN with 35 yrs experience and I thought this medical crossword puzzel book would be lots of fun. On the contrary, I found it very, very, very HARD! Doubt that even MD's could complete these puzzles.As stated, buyers just be aware that these puzzles are extremely difficult to complete.

Some of the clues are repetitive and a lot of them are not medical but rather latin words or suffix/prefix.

This is quite an impressive crossword puzzle book. If you have any type of medical background/training, you will enjoy hours of entertainment and brain exercise from these puzzles.
