Really easy to set up. The filter slots straight into the jug.It looks really nice on the work surface, with the wooden handle and feels really sturdy and well made. It also has a non-slip base which means it stays put!The water filters through really quickly, about 1 minute for about 2.5 litres! We tested the water with a pH kit and the water was over 9, which was surprising considering how quickly it filters. The water is crystal clear and we can really taste the difference. No chlorine smell!!!Everything comes apart, so it is also really easy to clean.Overall, we are really pleased with the design and function of the Ninja Jug.

Recommended by a friend. Easy to use and has good flavour. Love that the filters last 3 months - not sold by Amazon though so bought spares direct from the company. Wish it was dishwasher proof but not an issue

Started to worry as discontinued my usual bottled water with a ph of 8.22. Went online to see alternatives and came across a lot of alkaline kettles etc. Checked reviews and opted for the Ninja jug. The water once filtered is excellent. a very similar or even slightly better taste than my usual bottled water. Yet to try the Ph test yet. Delivery arrived a few days after ordering, excellent. If you are serious about your health this is the jug for you, would recommend and buy again.

Nice testing, comfortable, good work! Bue that in July, now November. Just a now starting think about new filter - I drink a lot water every day, this filter now shov 25%. This is 5-th month. Super!

Supposed to be ph of 9 but it's exactly the same as my tap water! I used proper ph drops for water as the ph strips are not accurate and it was exactly the same as what comes out my tap. Rip off merchants.

Perfect fit in door of fridge, lovely water, pours well and extremely pleased with my friend's recommendation - she has used other water filters and recommended this above the more well known make she had previously.
