I got 2 of these one for my son and one for our neighbor's kid because they always play together. My son is special needs and this volleyball training aid works wonderful for him. He never plays sports bc he's loosing interest and focus while chasing the ball. This aid keeps him engaged and he's enjoying it so much, both kids've been playing in the back yard all day long with these. I tried the longer cord which is great for those who hit the ball harder. this product is great for anyone.

Soft waist band feels comfortable & doesn’t annoy, strong & durable hook doesn’t fall apart like inferior ones, and our quality neoprene and malleable cords can easily strenght the forces of the game – definitely an outstanding volleyball hitting trainer or volleyball spike trainer.

Nice concept, but still somewhat tricky to use
I like the idea of a tether for the volleyball so you don't have to keep chasing the ball when practicing hitting at the ball. However, the cord keeps getting in the way when tossing the ball up and hitting the ball even when using the longer of the two cords. It helps to a certain extent but still not perfect.

Works well for indoor practice but also for outdoors when you don't feel like chasing the ball. I bought it for my daughter cause she is in the school's volley team and she practices a lot at home. She uses the small tether but I love the longest one. Great choice for us. I was really tired to chase the ball whenever she was playing.

Instructions consisted of pictures and it was very hard to tell how to attach the cord to the straps that hold the ball. We got it attached, but I don't think it's the correct way.
