I have been taking this product for several months and have been pleased with the results. It is easy to take and I feel that it is a good value for the money.

I have been using Citicoline for years this brand seems to be just as helpful as other bands i have used over the years to assist in helping my thinking and remembering.

Says 1000MG PER SERVING. Not Per Capsule. There are 60 Capsules. Serving size is 2 capsules. There are 30 servings per container. Obviously, these are 500mg in each capsule. 🤣Anyways, I've used this product for 4 months. Taking 500mg regularly with breaks. My mental clarity has been the best it has ever been. Also sometimes tried it with Fish Oil, Lecithin, NAC, Caffeine, Korean Ginseng. Works best with Omega 3 & B-Complex Vitamins in the morning. Gives vivid dreams sometimes too.

So, I recently complained about this product's deceptive labeling. You have to be vigilant to notice that each capsule is only 500mg and that a "serving" of two is needed for the 1000mg listed on the label. Many, but not all, of their competitors do the same thing. Some don't even show the Nutrition Information label on Amazon, so you can't tell what you're getting. That having been said, Carlyle's product appears to offer the best overall value in terms of milligrams per dollar. I'm therefore bumping up my rating.

Regarding the brand, it is reasonably priced and high quality. However, it isn't the best in terms of what I am looking for short term, but I keep ordering it as a preventative measure to combat brain degeneration from demyelinating diseases that run in the family (MS and Alzheimer's).It interferes with my BP medicine and gives me shoulder and back tension every morning. The pain was so bad, I started taking another supplement (KSM-66) regularly. Stretching a little every morning helps. Too much hurts all day. About 30-90 seconds is the Goldilocks zone.For ADHD, it is decent. I feel I have more capacity for life and resort less to distraction as a coping mechanism. It's not a game changer by any means, but the effects are consistent at 1000mg.The positive memory effects wear out fairly quickly, maybe by lunch time, but splitting the dose results in insomnia.Does not interfere very greatly with other cholinergics or dopaminergics, which is a plus. I may add Huperzine A and NALT and see what happens.

Seems to be helping not struggling to remember as many words
