Contrary to some negative reviews, these bouquet holders work very well when used properly. They are better for live flowers, in my opinion. These were welll-packaged and the foam was intact on arrival. I watched YouTube video that has some helpful info for basics then just got creative. First, be sure to wire the top and bottom halves of the cage together. Dip the foam into water with preservative (packets that come with flower) added. Allow foam to become soaked. Cut stems sharply diagonal to form a "spear" to easily insert into foam. I got an extra holder to practice on and loved it so kept it in the mug I placed it in during construction and used it on the buffet table ( see pic). I also covered the handles with stick on pearls and rhinestones. Not only did it glitz the handles up but also felt really good in our hands. Enjoy!PS if you water them daily they last quite a while. For us it worked beautifully. We watched videos on YouTube to die because i wanted real flowers and my florist had to cancel because he couldn't get the ones I wanted. I tried to get another florist, and their prices were really high for what I wanted. So I ordered flowers from a wholesale , and.we went for it. Videos or not, we are not professionals and we spent the whole day and part of the night putting them together and wiring the orchids I ordered from.amazo..while.they came looking gorgeous, they came like 4 days early which was a bummer cause they needed to be fresh for.the wedding, but I called and they sent another batch. Early again, but we rolled with it..they were gorgeous in the box but when we began removing them, we lost significant blossoms...so.we wired them.all of them..the handles.bring 6 so you can practice and held my monster huge bouquet without an issue..it seemed on the smaller side but we definitely Made it work..

The foam seemed extremely old. I'm guessing it may have sat in some warehouse for too long. It was really hard and crumbly. The stems of the holders would not fit into my Eiffel tower vases, which is why I tried to be creative and cut them. One of the holders was missing the bottom row of foam so I could not use it because it would leave a big gap and look weird. With all that being said, I worked through the issues and used them anyway, it was too late for me to order anything else. They did the job at the end of the day! The centerpiece looked great and they held up for the event. They held a good amount of flowers too (mine clearly were artificial). I threw them away after the party, I knew I would not be able to use them again.

I used these for my wedding they came in great condition and worked very well to hold synthetic flowers for my wedding. I did hot glue some florals in for some extra assurance, but they did a great job!

We are using artificial flowers for a wedding. These are easy to work with. However, sometimes the foam begins to crumble or some of the stems seem loose. I plan on hitting a few of them with a hot glue gun just to be on the safe side. For the price, they serve the purpose.

I purchased for a backyard wedding for flowers done with wild flowers fresh picked! Worked perfect, more space than expected, dipped in water before inserting flowers, and they held fresh very well in extreme outdoor heat. Well worth the money

I only received 5, they are super brittle and messy, super old foam. Requested new ones and they are still super old foam, and one was broken so only got 5 once again. Thankfully haven't returned the other ones yet so I can switch them around and send the broken one back to them.
