Update my return is taking over 3 weeks do not buy this ...this is so messed up ...I cannot purchase a better one til they decide and it been sent back for so long this just ridiculousMoths came out of package and moth eggs all over ... I am so disappointed I can’t believe this it has a smell to it and it is just not what I expected in size it looks like a child size I’m not even sure this is the same product that you were selling no heat right now so this was very very very needed and I’ve been waiting almost a week to get it I am so disappointed and utterly disgustedThis thing is literally coming a part all over my home and I’m going to get moths!!! I’m so mad and I want my money back there are holes it is falling apart this is absolutely insane!! Do not buy this!!!!

I love this robe! I was on a mission to buy new cozy pjs, socks, slippers, robes, etc for an upcoming surgery and this was one of the items I chose. The reviews made me a little nervous but I got it anyway. It looked so comfy and i liked it had a hood and even the bad reviews agreed it was really soft. I got the med/large (dark grey) and i am obly 5'1" so mine does go almost all the way to my ankles. It isn't super heavy as other reviewers mentioned but it is like wearing around a super soft fleece blanket. It is so comfortable! I ha e already washed it which made me nervous but in cold and dried on low it came out perfect. Anyway, i love it, have worn it every day since my surgery and a friend of mine even named it "Heff" haha!

This is the best purchase I have ever made! Ever. The color is gorgeous. I got the grass green. Its amazingly soft. The hood is fantastic. Well made. And I love love the large sleeves. Length and width are perfect for my size. I got a large/x large because i wanted an oversized robe and Im 5'4" 150lbs. It hits just above my ankles. Im buying 2 more right now. Super happy!

Nice soft robe but I had to relocate the belt loops up about 5” as they sat at low hip level.It was also not as long as I had expected. I am 5’ 0” and it only comes to mid calf in length.Aside from the modification, I like the robe very much.

Sooo soft! Warm but also light- and not overly warm- also much prettier than in the picture. This is definitely a lounging robe, not a work robe, as the sleeves are full and luxurious. I'm 5'2", small and petite, but I ordered large because I wanted to be sure it went to my ankles, and I wanted it big and baggy. It comes a little past my ankles. Of course the loops are in the wrong place for me with this size. I'm thinking that this size was probably made for a taller woman, and that's why. There's always the option of wearing the belt without the loops and maybe tacking the loops down or possibly cutting them off. It's such a nice robe I'm willing to do that just to have this beautiful comfy robe.

Overall, I quite like this robe. I'm only 5' tall & it hits a few inches above the floor so it's perfect for me. I wear a size 16 & it's basically on target. It could wrap around a little bit more & I'd love it even more, but it does close completely so I'm still satisfied. The only real drawback which lost it one star is that it pills & sheds madly. I would not wash this - regardless of color - with anything else the first few times until the shedding is done so you're not cleaning a lot of little pill-balls off other items.

I purchased this robe because I am in a house that gets very chilly in the winter. The robe is very soft and has a nice thickness. It's very warm especially for the price and feels great on. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because I felt the model advertisement photos are misleading. I am 5'5", 115 pounds and I am disappointed the robe only comes to my knees when I have it on and tied at the waist. I would not have bought it as I was specifically looking for a robe that was full length. Now that it's cold, I am just going to keep it and hunt for a floor length one in a few months when I have some money to spare.
