Replacement unit
This is advertised as a replacement unit for the original ceiling ventilator fan part. It isn't in that it does not line up with the existing screw holes and the metal plate on the motor housing is a different size. I had to spend some time with a drill and a file on the metal-plate to get it to work. It just wasn't worth sending it back. I gave it three stars because I got it to work, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing one.

This is not an OEM part
This part is not a Broan-NuTone OEM part & it is not made in the USA, as indicated in the description. It's made in Vietnam. Part did fit my NuTone QT110 exhaust fan & was an easy replacement, but part description is misleading.

I went on You Tube and watched how to replace. Easy to do. Fan and motor now nice and quite. Great product.

Exact fit, built better than the original. It had a starter on the motor, and was very quiet.

The base is actually on incorrectly. This could be a manufacturer defect. But it still installs and works fine.
