After researching Thistle Milk is supposed to help if you have certain liver problems which I recently discovered that I had. Tried another make at higher dosage along with diet and my test results were much better. Now this could have been the diet and/or the Thistle Milk tabs. Anyway ordered these as good value for larger quantity but they are a lower dosage but anything is worth a go when comes to health.

Nice packaging, easy to swallow, keeping my liver nice and healthy! Would purchase again and probably will soon. Would recommend if you are looking for a decent Milk Thistle product for a good price. Buying these products from High Street retailers really hurts the pockets.

Have A fatty liver and often feel nauseous after eating. This product has certainly seemed to have squashed the nausea and hopefully will improve the state of my liver. I will find out how effective this is after my next liver function tests and will hopefully be able to review this product again

Great for liver care and functioning but must be part of your daily regimen. I have not experienced any side effects.
