I love this vest!! I ordered a 2XL based on the chart. It does fit a little large I should have ordered an XL. I am a 36DD 187lbs. I have issues with not being able to sweat so I was willing to try anything. I also used the Kesha Kaoir sweat cream but only on my mid section. As you can see from the picture the vest does exactly as intended. I didn’t give it a 5 because the sizing it off a little bit.

I have extremely large breast.. But this vest fits snug and I love it. I had to have my husband help me zip it up since my beast our DDD but as you can see from the pics the vest fits well. I cant wait to see the results. Will take new pic after 2 to 3 weeks. I do recommend this vest for the next level in workouts.

the material of the product is alright it is the same material as a wet suit the material is very stretchy but too much for my personal liking it is short so if you have a long torso it wont work out. for reference i am 5'3 i weight between 128-130 pounds last time i checked my waist was 28-29 inches i ordered a size small because the was the smallest would of gotten an extra small if available. Positives too the product, the bra attached is really comfy and it has a zipper it makes you sweat very fast i really like that it covers my back and my sides which is the reason why im giving this product 4 starts i am trying too loose back fat and side fat and for those two things this product is great today is my first day wearing it will wear it for the next two weeks and see if it gives any results. will update my review after 2 weeks.

Absolutely love this vest.Lose weight, It takes patience and perseverance. This sweat vest helps me lose 3 pounds during 5 days. The best material is sauna, soft and comfortable during work out! Definitely recommend if your looking for something that will help lose weight.

I've used this Vest for over 4 months now and I'm loving it. The phone holder is perfect as I don't have to worry about forgetting it on the treadmill. I like how it keeps on the waist whereas when you wear other belts it moves by itself. One thing, you have to keep in mind is wear a light t-shirt underneath as it may cause chaffing for sensitive skin. I still sweat a lot and feel like it supports my back too. Since I've worn this to workout I've found less back pain as well.

Absolutely love this product. I use it every time I run. I wish it was a bit longer it does rise and scrunch up when I run, but I bought another waist trainer and I put that over this and it stays in place. Works up a major sweat! I weigh 228 and I'm almost 6ft tall, the xxl fits pretty well. The straps are super thick I wish they were a little bit thinner.
