Amazing product!!
I bought this vegetable chopper after my age old Nicer Dicer became almost impossible to use. A new one would have cost a small fortune that I wasn’t willing to pay. Then I saw this. It was a fraction of the cost of the Nicer Dicer and had quite a few good reviews. So I ordered it.Oh my goodness!! It’s brilliant!! I must admit to only using the smallest dicer blade but it was worth buying just for that. I finely chopped 2lb onions, 2 courgettes and 2 large aubergines in a matter of minutes!! Brilliant!! I even chopped a whole onion to see if I could - and yes, I could, although it really needs slicing first to get proper dice.A couple of tips:- BE VERY CAREFUL!! Especially when cleaning. It’s unbelievably sharp and I sliced my finger by just lightly touching the chopping surface when cleaning (keep away from children for the same reason!)Fruit and veg with tough skins such as courgettes and aubergines cut better if manually cut into slices crosswise then stacked two or three slices at a time, onto the chopping plate. This doesn’t take long to do and ensures trouble free chopping.

Pretty good product
Pretty good mandolin. Must admit we only use the dicer and grater attachments, but they work really well. The blades are pretty sharp. I was wary of chopping sweet potatoes, but as long as you slice them first into the size of cubes you want, it cuts them with ease.Really please with it, though washing the divers is a bit tricky.Son has found out the hard way that the blades are very sharp! Needless to say, he'll be using the glove that came with it next time😂

Greater chopper to reduce prep time
Really handy for prepping veg and definitely decreases time spent chopping e.g. dicing peppers and onions. You do still need to peel veggies and cut into pieces that will fit on the cutting surface (expected) and it is challenging to use with denser veggies e.g. Butternut Squash or Sweet Potato, but works well for what we want it for. It's also pretty easy to clean and quite sturdy (this replaced a cheaper version which stained orange after one use to cut peppers and cracks formed around cutting surface very quickly)It does come with loads of different attachments but we only really use two of them (small and medium dice) and occasionally the mandolin for thin slices, so not sure how much anyone would use the extras?

this is like a secret kitchen weapon
I love diced up salads. This is the only reason I bought this shopper. You just put some veg in, slam the lid down and then add some more. You can add cabbage stumps, broccoli stalks etc to salads and no one knows. Superb looking salads can be made in minutes knocking off a good amount of preparation time.Washing. This is the part where you need to be careful. For the first week have plasters on hand until you have perfected the knack of cleaning. Here is my method. As soon as you have finished dicing, pop it all into a wash basin with water. When ready to wash, remove from bowl piece by piece. The sharpest cutting blades wash first. dip them in a bowl with washing up liquid and hot water.. Holding the edge swoosh to and fro in the warm water. Inspect, if vegetable bits are left, use a plastic brush to remove the food pieces. woosh again, check again and when clear run under a hot tap to rinse. allow to dry naturally. The rest is easy washed. All in all I would buy this item again but it seems very sturdy and well made that I won't have to for a long time.

Super easy and made preparing food a breeze!!
The media could not be loaded.  I don’t normally write product reviews but felt as I normally use them before I purchase I should write something about this product as I am so pleased with it. It makes chopping and preparing vegetables so much easier. As we are trying to be healthy through lockdown I’m trying to prepare food from fresh. This makes such a difference and speed everything up. You will not be disappointed.

Good product.
Good time saving product, I don't know why I didn't buy one before, easy to clean if rinsed just after use, with the exception being carrots, after prepping carrots I found the plastic stained a little and needed extra cleaning to remove, but a little staining remains none the less.Didn't come with cleaning brush as advertised so loses a star for not having all items as stated, also can't say how long this will last or blades stay sharp, dicing blades work very well as does the julienne blade, and the slicer, but when they go dull, how do you sharpen them? For the moment it works and the blades are sharp but can't say if you will receive everything as stated, and can't vouch for the longevity of the product.

Not sure why I purchased this
- It's bulky.- Blades are difficult to clean. I was cut twice (though to be fair, I didn't use gloves because it's such a hassle).- We mostly used the grater. Unless you have so many vegetables to chop, the other blades aren't really needed. The time to set it up and slicing it into a particular shape (especially if it's the outcome is not the shape/size you want) would equal the time you could just do with manual chopping.- I do reach for it when dicing potatoes, carrots etc sometimes and it is a bit sturdy. It's been a while that I've used this though.
