With our EasyShade Knitted Shade Cloth you get it all! The professionals on our sewing production team can customize panels for you in most shade percentage. We use #3 genuine metal grommets and 2in reinforcement tape by double stitched for extra holding power. Our knitted shade cloth is made from 100% UV stabilized high density polyethylene. Its unique lock stitch construction will not unravel. More cloth-like to look and feel and has threads running in various directions. Its light weight and durability make it a superior choice for all types of shade applications. Color may vary from what you see on the screen, as monitors are calibrated differently. Uneven and careless grommet spacing
The shade worked well enough for our application, but we had to work around the fact that the grommets were not spaced at 2-foot intervals as advertised. The grommet spacing was random, ranging from about 18 inches to 26 inches, and some were not centered on the tape border. Grommet installation appeared to have been haphazard and careless. Otherwise, a decent quality shade.
