As the headline states, this is the best chair in its class!! Just to be clear, I'm not a paid reviewer and nothing was given to me for free or for this review. Now, onto my honest review...Sure, you could purchase a more expensive chair and get even more comfort than what you get from this chair (i.e. real leather, more padding, etc.), but then why are you shopping at this price range?! You will NOT get better quality of comfort and accessories for your money at this price range. If your price is $150-$200 (as mine was) THIS IS the TOP of the line and with all the bells and whistles for its price! Period. So stop looking for another chair if your budget is topped out at $200, and just click "ADD TO CART" now! You won't be disappointed!I'm a 290lb, 6'1 man.. and my butt still has room to grow in this chair (please lord no.. I don't mean I'm asking for that).. but that is the space you have in this seat. Sure, I'm a little tall for the headrest and footrest, but I'm very happy with the size and support of the chair itself. I could put the full weight of my legs on the footrest without feeling like they were going to snap off, and the back of the chair comes up to the top of my neck. I didn't expect anything more at my size anyways.The chair armrests lift and lower. The lumbar pillow is optional/removable, and massages via USB port!! The pillows and cushions are a bit firm, but that in sure will soften as long term use is applied (and I can spend 8+ hours at a time in my chair)! Not receiving a sore butt after my long hours of use so far!Last thing I will say, and one of the most important things to me as an online consumer, is the quality and immediacy in response time that I received from DowinX customer service! That was one of the main reasons I decided on this chair, was because of others' reviews regarding this subject, and I'm too embarrassed to say why I contacted them (thought I was shorted screws but they were already installed in the chair) haha. Needless to say.. they responded within a few hours and resolved the issue without making me feel dumb.Again.. you will not get better for you money out of quality, comfort, accessories, and customer service!!

So I bought this chair because I wanted to get something high quality for some long gaming sessions. I'll start with the pros.1.Seat cushion is comfortable2. Foot rest is comfortable and secure even though I thought it wouldn't be.3. Nice and wide, I'm a bigger guy so that was nice.So in certain aspects of comfort it was great. Let's move on to cons.1. Back cushion is really firm. I know if you don't weigh much this could get uncomfortable.2. Back rest adjustment is NOT SMOOTH. You must take your weight completely off the backrest, pull the lever out fully, then adjust accordingly. If you don't do this the adjustment lever makes a very loud snapping noise that is very annoying.3. Wheels are subpar. If you are sitting on the chair I hope you aren't moving a lot because these wheels suck. I've bought cheaper computer chairs with very smooth wheels to where I could move very easily while I was sitting. These don't move easily at all. They move fine if you're off the chair.4. Balance is off. If you try to sit on the front of the seat cushion the seat will want to come forward, this is not nice as sometimes you want to lean forward while playing games.Overall the main thing I wanted the chair for is sufficient enough to merit 3 stars and not less. I don't have pain after long gaming sessions which is what I was really shooting for. Would I recommend this? If you have more money to spare get a name brand like vertagear, if you are on a budget this will suffice. It's worth noting I'm no slouch with directions I didn't build this incorrectly or anything. I build fitness equipment for a living I can figure this thing out I think.

Me and my Girlfriend put the chair together last night it was easy to read instructions all screws are already placed into the chair all you have to do is unmount them and connect the assigned parts. compared to my old gaming chair this chair is not as comfortable but nice to sit in for plus hours of gaming. The materials used are very firm the only parts that are somewhat foam feeling is the 2 included pillows and the seat so if you are looking for something with more of a hybrid feel this might be the chair for you.My only complaint is the arm rest are kinda hard and uncomfortable if they would have made this with a softer material that would be heaven, overall I am very happy with this chair at around $200.Safe buy

Very comfortable chair, especially for the price! It is also easily adaptable for different sizes of people. In the installation, the arms can be moved more inward or outward depending on preference. The seat and arm heights also have a decent range. The lumbar pillow is attached via a hidden elastic band and can easily be adjusted in height. Assembly was not difficult and took about 20-30 minutes using only the supplied tools. Aesthetically speaking, it is one of the cleaner and more appealing gaming chairs I've seen.Downsides: It's made with PU leather, which may be off-putting for some. However, it's soft to the touch and still looks nice. The massage insert in the lumbar pillow requires a direct USB connection to run. There isn't an on/off button, and it cannot hold a charge. For people with close USB ports or other solutions, this may not be an issue.

Super easy to assemble... maybe 20 minutes. I bought this to use as an office chair. I've been through MANY chairs... this is IT! Firm AND comfortable. Unfortunately after a month and a half, one of the wheels snapped. I wouldn't give a 5 star rating to a product that broke within two months, except sometimes things just happen, and customer service was speedy in getting it resolved. I reached out to customer service, sent a pic showing what happened. They responded same day and are sending me 5 new wheels to replace the one. Couldn't be happier!
