The item description claims that the heater comes with a "rotary controller" which I, a speaker of English, understood to mean "something you turn" or a "knob". This heater does not come with a controller that rotates. Drivworld said "Our machine does not have a rotary switch. Customers should know this before purchasing, so there is no refund."This heater does not come with ANY simple means of turning the unit on and off. I discovered a LOT of new and surprising information about this heater after discovering Drivworld's website the day after I ordered it. I questioned Drivworld that very day about the controller saying that if I could not control it with a thermostat, a switch, or a knob, or any other simple, easy, non-computerized means of control, then I had no use for it. The instructions directly provided by Drivworld in response are:"You could look thirteenth page of General manual.1.Standby mode:"setting time"after long press with 3 seconds in the interface of"time display".And point to exchange the position of setting.2.Standby mode:"setting time"after long press with 3 seconds in the interface of "timer display".And point to exchange the position of setting.3."Set running time"after long press with 3 seconds in the interface of"running time display"(10-60minutes)4.Set mode:long press"set key"to exit with setting parameters.5.Long press"set key"and"minus key"to view the parameter.It will exit the function of"view mode"when do this step again. "No heat setting. Just a timer that, according to the instructions, is very very difficult to use. Now I have a brand new heater in unopened packages with the world's most complex on/off switch, hoping for an Amazon A-Z refund.This review focuses on the product and my experiences with it. Although it quotes what the seller said about the product, it is not setter feedback. Additionally, this review is not or obscure (except for the excerpt from the product manual itself). The media could not be loaded. Shipped with a import number given as a FedEx shipping number ( could not track) the heater showed up missing 2 housing bolts ( hold the top cover tight) after buying replacement bolts the top plastic housing wouldn't seal around the intake fan enough to allow the heater to function correctly (bellows out soot) so I sealed the cover with RTV and the fan is still too weak to function correctly. The unit filled with soot and had to be cleaned after the first two attempts at running it. The "instruction" manual for the controller is terrible and a very bad translation to broken English, I let 3 people try and program the unit ( 2 engineers 1 mechanic) all were unable to do so, I'm a mechanic and either the manual is wrong or the settings don't exist in the controller. I have contacted the seller through Amazon, drivworld.com and the Drivworld Facebook page with no response. I'm not asking for money back I just want a functional product. @Drivworld.com make this right!!! And I will correct my review. Update... Drivworld will do nothing to repair or replace the product, the discription also stated a rotary switch to control the unit and it was not included. The only response they have given is to repeat over and over what is already stated in the manual. Take a look at the video to see what running the heater one time looks like and how much soot is deposited.

The heater works great, I used it to replace the heater in my Sprinter. The directions are not really easy to follow. The control and remote that come with it are cheap and there is no good way to mount the control in the van and make it look nice.Edit- the heater no longer works, less than a year old.

Remote doesn't work! I Tryed to contacted the seller, for over a month! Nothing no answer!
