To Use Bags: Pull out bag and tear off at perforation. To Refill Leash: Unscrew cap and place refill roll inside. Tighten cap. To Stop Leash: Press brake button in. To Lock Leash Push lock button in while pressing brake. Safety Precautions For safest operation, manufacturer recommends using the leash with a metal choke chain or heavy duty nylon collar.
