I have had trouble sleeping for majority of my life - staying asleep mainly as I have been diagnosed with anxiety. I provided pictures of the bottle, sealed upon arrival, and I also provided a picture of the capsule itself for size comparison with a quarter. This pill is easy to swallow and I had no aftertaste. Very helpful sleeping aid. Recommend

I ordered these for the purpose described. The first night I took one & felt nothing. The next night I took 2 three hours before my bedtime. Bad decision. Within 45 minutes I was ready for bed. These surely did work for relaxing my body & preparing it for bed. My sleep quality last night was very good. Unfortunately it’s 12:30pm the next day & I’m still out of it. I can’t wake up from taking these pills. Taking 2 was too much for me. Taking one did nothing. I ordered these impulsively without consulting with my Doctor. I wish I hadn’t. My caution, based on my personal experience, is to consult with your Doctor before taking. Every body is different & the amount of Magnesium in these pills may be too much for some people. Sorry to say I’m staying away from these. I hope this helps in deciding to purchase. Again these aren’t bad but take with caution.

I've been using this magnesium supplement for about a month. I really like it. I use it because I'm prone to tight muscles, I'm likely deficient (everyone probably is), and it helps me sleep better. Previously I had been buying Pure brand supplement Pure takes 3 larger pills to get (close to) your 100% daily magnesium and also uses magnesium glycinate. This brand is 2 smaller pills BUT is an unknown percentage of magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxide. Glycinate is listed before oxide so it must have a slightly larger percentage. Apparently the different forms are better suited for various conditions. Glycinate for relaxing/sleep. Oxide for higher concentrations of magnesium in smaller forms but is not absorbed by the body as well. I noticed an immediate difference when I started this brand. It helps me relax/sleep more at night. Initially it almost felt like it made me a bit drowsy but that has worn off over the past month. I assumed it was because it was 400mg of magnesium at bedtime vs the 240mg of Pure that I took at night. I could only do 240mg of Pure or it would cause loose stools. I do not have that problem with this brand maybe because of the mix of magnesium types? Either way, more magnesium in smaller pills is better.
