For the most part, this is a great cup. It’s easy to use and clean, keeps drinks warm for a decent length of time, and the lid is a good fit. The drink-hole plug fits well, but it becomes a minor inconvenience when drinking. It has a little rubber plug to fold back on itself to keep it out the way when drinking, but this isn’t great and often pops out. However, this is a minor issue for an otherwise great cup.

Lovely colour and materials, good size, the cup itself is easy to clean although the silicon lid is a little trickier.The lid is also a little fiddly to get on (hence the 4 stars), but once on, it is snug and secure.Overall, very pleased with the cup (use it daily at work) and would definitely recommend.

I guess you get what you pay for. I don't know, to be honest, how much you need to invest to get a decent refillable coffee mug but probably more than what this cup costs. What I didn't like about it:- The lid very flimsy and looks dirty all the time (unless you have just washed it and it's still wet). It attracts every speck of dust. Looks so cheap.- It's not doing a great job at all at keeping my drink warm. In fact, pretty sure it's making it cooler faster. Big fat fail. I need to get a decent one. This is a bit rubbish

This product is terrible. Leak proof apparently but there are two small holes in the top (one under where it says caution hot and one on the clasp) what I walk with it the tea/coffee spills out these holes. Also the cup does not keep my hand cool. I fast it is very warm. Basically this product is total rubbish. It’s not worth it’s cheap price. Invest some more money and Get something that’s actually usable

I drink coffee - probably too much, but this has stained the inside of the cup in places. So not sure whether this kind of cup is better for cold drinks. The outside is easy to clean, and the cup easy enough to hold on the silicon grip.

Overall not a bad coffee cup. Handy to always warm cup up b4 putting coffee in as this help keep coffee hot for longer. Still warm to drink after 20-25mins. Rubber stopper to minimise leaking at mouth spout I feel is a little flimsy. But value for money I would say.

I've purchased one white and one black cup, and after washing them you can see water marks on the rubber lid. Obviously it's stays on both colours but on the white one is not visible.I've bouth the black one for myself as I'm driving a lot and I'm keeping the cup in a black cup holder in the car and I thought after a while the white would have marks on it from the constant use, but it's actually looks better in it and I haven't notice any marks on it.

I have used this a couple of times rhe two problems i noticed was 1 does not keep the drink warm for long 2 the main problem very hard to get the lid on whilst full i would recommend these but i think a flask mug would be better sorry
