Special gift for easy giving
I purchased this book for myself 4 years ago, and loved it so much bought 3 more that season, for my friends and family. This year I thought it would make a nice holiday or Christmas gift with a lovely scarf along with a book.It is a handy size to keep in a suitcase or handbag, to change your scarf look. The instructions are very easy, and there are many styles and looks for assorted scarf sizes.Instead of sweaters with seasonal designs, think about dressing in solid colors, and adding a festive scarf!Works especially well with Chicos travel clothing, and adds a very sophisticated look while sightseeing! Instead of bringing back souvenirs that barely fit in your suitcase, buy a scarf from a museum that fits flat and is weightless. This book is an inspiration.

Never knew I needed this but...
This is a great little book to give as a gift to the woman in your life if she wears scarves. I'd bought it at a museum gift shop as a silly gift for my mom to go with a silk bandana, but soon found I was referencing it all the time myself and didn't really want to give it away. Bought 5 more on Amazon and gave them as Christmas gifts, and people love them. I'd seen people with scarves tied all kinds of cool ways before but never had anyone in my life to show me how to do it. It's not a big deal - seriously, it's ways to tie a scarf after all - but a pretty nice reference to have in my closet when I'm putting on a scarf. Highly recommended if you know someone who might like to know a few cool new ways to tie a scarf. ;-)

Pretty much for very, very long scarves
I have a lot of scarves, and would like to wear them. However, the majority of my scarves are not that large, mostly head scarves. The majority of this book is for scarves that are long (hang down to your knees when wrapped around your neck); or thicker scarves (other than silk). Wasn't what I was hoping for.

Makes a great gift!
Gave this as a gift to a friend (and got one for myself). Include some beautiful scarves of varying sizes with it and it is the perfect gift combo. Beautiful cover. Inside there are color photos and easy to follow steps.

Lucky grandma hits gift-giving lottery!
I bought this pretty little book to put in a gift bag along with several LibbySue scarves as a gift for my teenage granddaughter. It was well received and I am now on the hook to deliver scarves on every gift-giving occasion! "Getting it right" for this age group is pretty hit or miss, so I am delighted to have discovered something that she genuinely enjoys.

Tie one on like French women do.
French women have a way with a scarf. Few people will depute that fact. This book is really delightful. If you don't have the money to take a trip to France just yet, prepare yourself for that often dreamed-of vacation, by learning all the fascinating tricks that one woman can do with a single piece of cloth draped cleverly about her neck.

Awesome book and very easy to follow!
A great book!!! The images are very easy to follow and understand. Plus, the layout is great- it starts with the types of folds you can make, and then the chapters are broken down to show you different ways to tie a square scarf, an oblong scarf (long and rectangular) and an embellished scarf utilizing several of the fold options they introduced in the beginning of the book. I wound up purchasing 10 more of these books to give to my clients as gifts (I'm a personal stylist). As with most things, you'll master these if you just practice practice practice!

Would be better to distribute in plastic protector as there are some marks on the corners
Pretty, nice instruction pics and steps, and the silk book cover is a great idea, but would have been better to distribute in plastic protector as there are some marks on the corners and this is a gift. I'll still give it, but less than thrilled . I'd give a 3 1/2 if amazon had 1/2 stars.

Lovely little book
I really like this little book. It's small enough to take away and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who wears scarves.

No ways to tie scarf on the head
I quite like the content of the book, but was disappointed not to find any ways of tying scarves around the head and a lot of dull and obvious ways to tie them around the neck. It is really a thinly-disguised advert for all the scarf manufacturers listed at the end, which I did not see in the preview as didn't go right through all the sample pages.

Not quite enough styles for long scarves
This book had quite a few useful ways of tying scarves but a lot for the type of scarves I don't wear ie squares, large wraps etc. I only wear long scarves and did not find enough variety of styles for my needs. For anyone who wears a variety of scarf types, I think it would be very useful.

Lovely gift
Gave this to my mum and also to a friend for Christmas. They were both thrilled with it. I had a flick through and now want it for myself, great ways to wear scarves and the book itself is lovely with the silk scarf cover
