The robot dog does everything we hoped it would do. The remote controls the dogs movements in all directions by its legs as well as its head, and has 4 different dance moves for extra entertainment. There is volume control which we are very happy about when the kids play with it. You can even physically touch the dogs heat for more interaction. The program button allows for multi skill programming. The futuristic robotic features are very detailed and the laser on the back is a cute addition that lights up with movement. This is a favorite of ours.

The media could not be loaded. We’ve had this dog for more than 1 year - it’s been tossed, thrown and God knows what else - it’s made to last. It’s still working great and my toddler now still loves it. For the price it’s a great buy.My only complaint is charging - it’s just stupid, having to unscrew and remove the battery every charge - you have to come up with a charging port - it’s 21st century.

My almost 2yr old has been obsessed with puppies and been asking for one.We live in an apartment and I don't feel like putting up with the expense or care for a pet so I got this instead. It's adorable and she absolutely loves it! She laughs, dances, pets, hugs and kisses it as if it were a real puppy.The remote with volume control is a nice feature. Excellent gift for young children who want a pet but not ready for the responsibility.

Uodate: I was contacted by the vendor after my option to return expired offering to send a new battery. They actually sent me 2 batteries. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem so they sent me a new one right away. It works great!!!The customer service I received went above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend buying this item or anything else from this vendor.I would not recommend this item. we have only had it for 30 days and already having issues with the battery. The battery last less than five minutes now before it dies but it’s too late to return so if you only want it for 30 days it’s perfect.Update: The vendor has offered to send me a new battery! I will send another update and hopefully be able to change my 1 star review.

Cute robot dog, but the battery dies super fast. My son loves this dog and it’s actions but after a day or two of him playing with it (and turning it off in between playing with it) it’s already dead and needs to be charged again, it’s also not a convenient way to charge as you have to unscrew a piece to get to the battery’s. But when it’s charged it’s super cute and fun and easy to control so that’s a plus!

Very interactive toy. Made from high quality plastic. Came well packed. Everything works good.Dog moves forward and backward. Sings songs. Opens and closes eyes. Shakes head. Like an real dog. All my 4 kids loves playing with it. Good value for the money. Nice gift.

The dog is adorable. Works great and the service is phenomenal. When I did not realize that I had bad batteries a group of 6 bad ones, the provider worked patiently with me to cure the situation not knowing it was all me. I purchased a new set of triple A batteries and all worked marvelously. My grandson's love the dog. And I had a great customer service experience.

My son loved his robot dog but it broke very quickly - one of the legs stopped working, so instead of going forward, it goes only in circles. The manufacturer’s customer service says that I should ask Amazon to replace it. Amazon says that the manufacturer should. The warranty term on these items is pathetically short - 90 days, from what I can gather. Very disappointing and this product should NOT appear under anyone’s tree this Christmas.The manufacturer’s service, when it is actually happening, is rude and uncaring. If you like explaining to a kid why a Christmas present they begged for didn’t even last until summer, this is the product for you. Otherwise, avoid this junk.
