I saw this product on a facebook sponsored ad. I decided to try it because the promotion was a very good price and the reviews were good. I have been taking it for 2 weeks. I've also been taking collagen and bioAstin for 3 months to help with gastrointestinal issues and to help my thinning hair and brittle nails. While the collagen and bioAstin helped my stomach issues, my hair and nails were still suffering. Since starting this liquid biotin my hair has grown 1/4 inch! It may not sound like much but my hair is extremely slow growing. I'm lucky if it grows over an inch in a year so this is huge for me! It also isn't falling out in the shower or when I brush it as bad as before. Another huge bonus for me! I really think this is the key I've been missing to help stop my thinning hair. My nails also look AMAZING! They are no longer peeling and breaking constantly. They are still a bit soft, but so much harder than they were 2 weeks ago. I am so very glad I found this product! Will absolutely be ordering again.

Weird after taste!

Taste really bad, didn’t even want to keep it to try it out after the first taste.

Sucks!Took the whole bottle daily. No difference AT ALL.I took a different brand prior to this one and really noticed my hair growing thick and fast.But this one absolutely nothing at all.

So far this product has made my nails grow like weeds. I have had to trim them about every 3 days. I have noticed they are a little less brittle too and dont break as easily. As far as my hair goes, I am still going through a shedding cycle. Although I have noticed some hair growth at my roots. Everyone goes through shedding cycles, so I am not basing my review on the temporary hair loss I have noticed some thickening in my very sparse brows, which is nice. I have very light blond hair and with age, my eye brows have almost become non existant. The only drawback is I have PCOS so I do have unsightly dark hairs that grow under my chin and this product makes those hairs grow back like wildfire. I have to be on top of plucking every single day. Other than that I would definitely recommend this product and will be buying it again in the future.

For new hair growth, after years of Lupus, this has been a welcome cure for thinning hair, ive new hair where before it was all but gone. Now after 3 months my hair is on the mend. I like the liquid biotin, taken with food. 1 bottle lasts about 3 months. Good overall value, plus works.
