Happy birthday must be assembled.
The balloons were beautiful but the happy birthday banner needed to assembled. The string provided was barely long enough to string the banner. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars

Defective balloons de inflated 5 minutes after blowing them and the latex ones just exploded
Balloons didn’t work were all damaged just spend money on the helium for nothing what a waste of moneyLatex balloons just exploded not even fully inflated the # 14 hardly inflated it keep on loosing the air and just got flat after 5 minutes

Bad Balloons
The 1 balloon and a few of the confetti balloons had holes in them. Could not use it. Had to purchase a new 14 from party store
