turned up today, annoyed as turned up with some weird 2 pin plug so can’t use it! Why wouldn’t they supply with an adapter?? Attached pic of plug if anyone else orders at least you will be prepared. If I find an adapter I might be able to use this and might upgrade my 1 star review

The handheld vaccum comes with a nice bag few nozzles to suit carpet and other different surfaces. It comes wiith a US charger, so a convertor is required. The cleaning is pretty simple . This vaccum cleaner is light weight and cordless so making cleaning very very simple and quick. It requires emptying after every use. The machine requires 3-4 hours of charging . I used them every day for 5 -10 mins and it lasted for a week, so I am not sure of the duration the battery life could last. The suction is quite strong for its size , it picked the pins from the laptop and carpet completely.

Comes with a two pronged plug and NO ADAPTER. Suction is useless and anything it does vacuum falls out if you turn it off/move it at all. Absolutely not worth the money.

UPDATE de mon précédent message.Le vendeur a remplacé l'aspirateur défectueux par un aspirateur qui marche parfaitement. Je n'ai plus de problème de batterie avec le nouveau. Il aspire parfaitement pendant 30 minutes après complète recharge. Les différents embouts permettent de passer dans les recoins les plus difficiles à atteindre (entre les sièges, en dessous des sièges...). Je suis finalement contente de mon achat.Je regrette vraiment d'avoir acheté cet aspirateur pour les raisons suivantes:- la prise est américaine donc il vous faut un adapteur pour pouvoir le brancher. Aucune indication mentionnant ce point a été indiqué par le vendeur.- Après l'avoir rechargé 3 heures, j'ai voulu le tester et après 8 minutes de marche pour nettoyer ma voiture l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas. Je l'ai donc rebranché pour le recharger cette fois ci durant 1h30 et après une nouvelle tentative, l'aspirateur a stoppé après environ 8 minutes comme la première fois. Je pense que la batterie de l'aspirateur ne marche pas. Je suis vraiment déçu car j'ai reçu un aspirateur défectueux.Update: I finally a new vacuum to replace the one that didn't worked when I received it. The vacuum works perfectly. I recommend it.I ordered this vacuum to clean my car. First of all I had to buy USA adapter because it didnt plug into European household.Then after charging the vacuum during 3 hours I tried To clean my car but the vacuum stopped functionning after 8 minutes. I tried again to recharge it for 1 hour and a half and went back To my car for a second try but same thing happened after 8 minutes of use. The battery of the vacuum is completely flat.

Bonjour attention ne se fixe pas au mur ...comme la plupart des autres model !! Mais uniquement il se pose !! Pour un aspirateur de table pas top ! Obligé de lui trouver une place sur le plan de travail !!! Et de lui débrancher sa prise manuellement pour l utiliser !!
