Salem Botanicals Herbal Tea, Stress Relief, 20 Count

I love this tea but cannot use it. One of the ingredients which I believe is Hops creates hypersensitivity. Be very careful with this.

This tea is very tasty and actually does what it promises.

Everyone's body is different and I wasn't sure how this would work for me. But there is something in here my body likes and this tea really relaxes me. It's a nice kind of relaxation too, where I just feel mellow, Not tired (like some do).

Between this tea and stopping and taking a few minutes to drink it my stress does seem to be lower

Didn’t work

I had high hopes for this tea. However, it gave me the worst headache! The headache lasted all night, and persisted even after taking tylenol. I decided to give it another try several weeks later. The same thing happened again! My son drank some also, and the same thing happened to him. I threw away the remainder of the box.
