This is a really nice weight grip and a cut above others I have used on the market. From the moment this arrives you can tell it's quality. The grips themselves are very sturdy and strong so will last for ages and they come in a branded bag so you can easily transport to and from the gym. One off imo - great customer experience
I used these twice to help my grip on deadlift, I thought they’d be an alternative to my FatGrips - however they split. Luckily I wasn’t using them to bench or overhead press. Could be a bad mix of the material, but check with them before ordering unfortunately I cannot now return these.17/03/19...Update...The company have been super good about this and have been reviewing my purchase/review.I would add that they have offered a full RF and replacement with alternative product of theirs. I get this may have been a one off, and would say the whole customer experience with this company has been great...

Cheap but well made
Tried 3 variations of these grips my friends have and settled on these due to price factor, so far no regrets.Holds well to any bar attached to so far, no slipping. Bag a nice little extra to keep them in fresh and clean also doubles up to chuck locker key and phone in when training.If your a newbie or pro a good piece of kit to add to your bag.

Wow I'm loving my goliath grips
Wow I’m loving my Goliath Grips I was a little skeptical at first but now that I’ve been using them in my workouts I’m completely convinced and I can feel my strength growing in my grip and arms. My focus right now is on strength and muscle gains and can see how they will help with my deadlifts and rows, but I’m also excited to use them in my next cutting phase as using them in higher reps will be really good for endurance. Goliath Grips get full marks from me :)

Silicone material makes the difference
I probably only make it to the gym once a week these days, but I had noticed a lot of people start to use these grips style products so decided to do a bit of research on the benefits and settled on these as a good safe bet given the money back guarantee! Absolutely loving Goliath Grips!
