Le Papillon Vert French Style Basket: Silver Sequin Star (Double Handle Silver Star)

I bought two items from this buyer and this basket is one of the items in plan for a hols. The basket is nice overall quality. However the size was totally wrong. It was way smaller than not what is advertised. The measurements are nearly twice smaller than what were mentioned. in the picture, i used a normal book as a reference and u can see there is no way the H =27cm and W 40cm.
