I have not noticed an increase in energy. The main reason I started taking this product as because of high blood pressure and cholesteral.My blood pressure has remained the same AND I QUIT SMOKING. I wanted to take them long enough, at least 2 months, before having cholesteral checked and that will be next month. I will then be able to compare to last years results and see if this product has done anything it suggests it will do. Should have tests completed and results by end of April.

I Like this product because of it's omega 3 content and it is an excellent product.I highly recommend it to all.

I took it for 2 weeks and did not feel anything positive except it made my lungs hurt and a little upset in the stomach. I quit taking it for a week & felt better than continued taking it with the same results. I would like to return the unopened 3 month supply for a refund.

I bought Dr. Sinatra's Omega Q Plus because it advertised what I thought was a good combination of supplements. I am giving it 4 stars because the last time I ordered it I ordered it directly from Dr. Sinatra and they subscribed me to their email when I specifically requested that I did not want to be subscribed. I emailed Dr. Sinatra requesting to be unsubscribed but I continued to get their spam. I have since flagged mail from Dr. Sinatra as spam in my email but since ordering from Dr. Sinatra I have also been receiving a lot of spam from others wanting to show me how to earn money. Makes me wonder what kind of company Dr. Sinatra is running.

Bought these for my husband, so far it has reduced his blood pressure, sugar has been within normal range, and he seems to have more energy, we give these a high rating and will continue to use them.
