The first time I ordered this product, it was really good. The smell and taste was a nice cinnamon smell and taste. The bottle is large, 730 caps, so it takes awhile to use. The quality was still good to the last capsule, smelled and tasted like good quality cinnamon. So, I reordered before the fist bottle ran out, opened the second bottle expecting it to be like the first one. NOPE! There was zero smell of cinnamon which I thought was odd and no taste of anything. This second bottle is of very poor quality! I'm not finding any place to contact the seller to tell them the cinnamon is bad, if it's even cinnamon at all and most likely not keeping my blood sugar down. Unless I get a replacement or refund, I would not buy again or recommend this companies products to anyone!UPDATE: Contacted the company, no response. Will not be ordering from this company and out almost $40.00. Make me angry when company's sell you crap quality merchandise and charge you an expensive amount, pocket the money and you are SOL. Bad company and should be ashamed of themselves. The cinnamon was so so old that it didn't have even the slightest smell or taste of cinnamon... more like dirt!Update: After researching cinnamon a bit more, I realized that Ceylon cinnamon does not have much of a cinnamon flavor, but is the better one of the two types. I was totally misinformed, my mistake.

I haven't had a chance to use the product because it took me days to find someone strong enough to open the dang bottle! A neighbor finally used a pair of large grooved plank adjustable pliers. I hope the cinnamon is worth the trouble.

Has been effective for keeping my borderlind in check for years.

I've been taking 2 a day (one every 12 hours) for several months. This is the first time i've had my annual blood sugar levels test solidly in the green in decades (i'm hyploglycemic). I've previously always tested on the high end as borderline type 2 diabetic. The bottle says take one a day but i don't think that's quite enough to get better blood sugar results.

I like the capsules you can smell and taste a little bit and these are in that category. The taste and smell is very pleasant. I have tried four or five kinds and this one is my favorite. Cinnamon has a lot of interesting benefits and I strongly prefer natural things to the medicine from a pharmacy because we don't get the scary side effects.
