Brent Hollow Die Set for Extruder, Set of 9

I bought these, but they are not colored. Further, there are no instructions on how to use them.Was not able to find any YouTube or any instructions on the cite website.

I ordered these to fit my Scott Creek model extruder. Scott Creek doesn't offer the hexagon shape at all, which is the main one I wanted. I thought these would be the exact same size, considering they are both 4" extruders. However, Scott Creek's dies are much larger since they fit in the base of the extruder, whereas these Brent dies are made to fit inside the barrel of the Brent extruder. I do believe I can make them work, I just had to order the die holder for the Scott Creek because the die holder in this Brent set does not fit the Scott Creek model at all. It's another $30 expense on top of this, which is a shame. However, I do think I will then be able to use these dies. If not, I'll return them (still waiting on that shipment of the Scott Creek die holder). It's really too bad that Brent only sells this die set WITH the die holder. I could have saved quite a bit if I could have just gotten the dies. So many places on-line say "You can use ANY 4" die for your 4" extruder." Well, totally not true. Not the fault of this seller at all, I just want to warn those who are purchasing for a non-Brent brand extruder. I will edit this review once I know if my plan works and these do or don't work out :) They are very good quality!
