Humunga Tongue Junior for Smaller Dogs

I bought this toy for my old english sheepdog, and she absolutely loved it. This version is for "junior or smaller dogs," but my dog is around 75 pounds and it was fine for her. It was also hysterical to watch. There is something amusing (if disturbing) about playing tug-of-war with your dog and having to grap a giant tongue. The only downside is that it gets slimy quite easily (but what dog toy doesn't?).

My dog won't even put this in his mouth the right way. He actually grabs it sideways by the tongue itself so I can't take any silly pics of it. My other dog won't even touch it - has a nasty processed rubbery smell (and I'm sure taste too).

I had a larger one of these previously with a larger dog, and it held up to average chewing - I now have a pug who can destroy any toy in seconds. He hasn't been able to take a chunk out of this yet, and it's the same type plastic as the Kong toys so I imagine it will hold up very well.

It was a cute idea but it only took about a half hour before my dog had chewed it to pieces, would not recommend this for "rough" dogs.

Too much money for something that can be torn up in one night!

It's a FETCH toy, NOT a CHEW toy (says all over packaging). it's a rubber ball with a tongue sticking out...you wouldn't give your dog a ball to sit and chew on, so don't do that! This is just a fetch toy, great for photos of your dog... Junior ball is racket ball size.
