Does not hold braid that well.
I have given these clips a couple of chances on different applications. From Walleye to Muskie trolling. They really don't hold that well with braid. The best I could get them to hold is two clip and a U or loop around the pin to hold the line. They are nice and big to grab and release but the slipping is bothersome when trying to set up a large spread.
