Except cutting boxes, what else it can do for me

How's it working for you so far?

We are using them to cut Insofast, a product for insulating basements. Insofast is a 2" thick foam panel. The knife cuts through it well, but the blade is a bit loose when fully extended. In other words, it is an inexpensive knife that works and disappoints at the same time. I would not use it for precision cutting.

Are the blades sharp?

I am amazed how sharp these blades are! These blades (including the quality housing) are easily 100% better than most of the cheap box cutters sold on Amazon. Well worth the extra $4 to upgrade. I got my first box and immediately saw the difference... So much so, I bought a second box a week later.
